Bio

After graduating from high school I left the comforts of home and sat on the door steps of Western Insurance Company until they hired me. I was only 17 years of age and they really didn't want to employ me, however, because of my persistence they finally weakened and gave me the illustrious position of filing engineer. After a year of boredom I explored my options and landed a plum position at Fort Scott Chamber of Commerce as secretary to the City Manger.

Now that my career was on solid ground I decided to give marriage a whirl, after 37 years we are still on trail basis. Guess I will give him a couple more years. In 1967 my husband graduated from college and having our first born we moved to Kansas City, Mo and lived there until 1980. During those years we had a son and I worked for the IRS before hanging up my working shoes and becoming a stay at home mom. I did for awhile start my own business in child development. In 1980 we were called to Tulsa, Oklahoma to attend Rhema Bible College. We have now lived here in Bixby, a small suburb of Tulsa, for 22 years. We have experienced new cultures on the mission field, helped build numerous church buildings, worked with children and are currently on the board of deacons at our home church (please send money). God has greatly blessed us for our obedience.

We have two grown children Tammy age 35( 29) and a son named Curtis age 33 (29). Tammy has 2 children, Lyndsey 12 and Lauren 8 years of age. They are the joy of our lives! My husband, Ken, worked for Allstate Insurance for 33yrs before retiring in hopes of relaxing at our lake property. Finding out that both of us will have to seek employment in order to rest and relax after retirement!

I can't wait to see you at our reunion, not that I will recollect any of your faces. So please wear name tags! I will be the only one without a tag!
