Wayne and I have been married almost 34 years. I taught school for 31 years and have been retired 5 years. Wayne taught school for 10 years and then we owned a flower shop for 10 years.  He now works for Freeman Hospital.

We lived  in Webb City, MO (where we both taught) until 2 years ago. I have recently taken a position as a nanny to occupy some of my time.

We have two grown children. Michael,31,lives in Nixa, MO with his wife and 2 daughters.  He is getting ready to open a Shake's Frozen Custard store.  Lisa,27,lives in Joplin, MO with her husband and children--2 boys and a girl.  Lisa is a stay at home mom. We keep quite busy with our children and grandchildren.

I love spending time with our grandchildren, reading, and cooking.
